Deb Deb Deb. Elderly Caucasian lady with white gray long hair. I don’t know her full name. The next statement is me speaking my personal opinion with my own personal experiences. Some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in a medical institution. I will need to figure out how to schedule appointments when she is not working. So I can avoid interacting with her, I just want help with my allergies I don’t want to be dreading going there because DEB will be working there. Like the shots and waiting afterwords have been the easiest part. Both times I have interacted with her have been un pleasant. I don’t know if she’s just a miserable person. Or maybe she doesn’t like “certain groups of people”. If I get a response I would love to know the days or times Deb is not working. So I can schedule appointments for those days. Like I have autism and other documented disability this request would fall under The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Reasonable accommodation. Positive review for Dr. Sharron Five stars Excellent overall demeanor. Knows how to deal with people. Place is clean quite 👍

EDIT: NOT DR. BAYUK LEAVING FIVE STAR REVIEWS TO GET THE SCORE UP 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This place sucks the absolute worst ever, one receptionist there is so incredibly rude! She tells you that you have a really high balance owed and condescends you when you've been on a payment plan and making payments. FOUR separate occasions they have almost refused treatment despite making the agreed upon payment. They love to set up a payment plan and then shake you down for the full balance when you show up for your shots. It's honestly wicked embarrassing. This is out of pocket and I can't afford $700-900 bills in one shot when that is serum for 6-12 months of treatmemt. They aren't able to book your appointments within Dr.s guidelines at all and are still blaming COVID. The nurses are literally in denial about this and argue with you when you politely try to tell them your experiences booking. I was once told "we've never been backed up" only to have scheduling issues checking out the exact same day. They clearly are seeing more patients than they have the capacity to. A 15 minute wait for scheduled injections is not uncommon.

They cancelled my appt 3 hours prior after asking me to confirm the appointment earlier that morning , then scheduled me out a MONTH. One that month came they only tested me for one allergen, that turns out I wasn’t even allergic to! Leaving me with no answers to my symptoms. Don’t recommend going here, they wasted my time. Dr. Sharon was wonderful and so was my nurse. This company overall did the bare minimum if not worse.

The worst in every aspect Optum tride for five weeks to get my zolar Prescription filled I called numerous times no return calls Tried to rebook due to a conflict no response went to voicemail Staff is down right rude I'm being nice here! Their fast with the bills though. I have nothing good to say. I'm looking for a new practice

I saw Dr. Sharon got allergy testing for foods which was negative but when I was talking to her she picked up on something I said and tested me for environmental allergy which I had no idea I had allergy from. I'm so thankful for her picking up on my allergy and starting my shots. Everyone at Aine is so kind and caring and a shout out to Lyla who was awesome and answered so many questions. So grateful to be getting help. Thankyou all at Aine!
