I had 5 parts of my body done with the Cool Sculpting process. I had a complete and thorough exam followed by a recommendation from Dr. Krauss. The treats were handled with professionalism, kind, caring staff with Dr Krauss performing the actual final treatment phase. From call to closure a very rewarding and positive experience. The results started to show after first treatment in all areas. They provided me with all the facts to make my best medical decision. I would recommend this office for more than this procedure. I have seen Dr. Bosworth twice now for lip filler. I was extremely nervous but both him and his medical assistant Andrea made the experience as painless and relaxing as possible. The results are incredible and I could not be happier!

I chose Krauss Dermatology solely because they had an online website where you can request an appointment. The issue is, you make the request online but then they call you. That defeats the entire purpose of being able to request online. I have moderate to severe mental health issues around using the phone. I explained this to them multiple times but was not met with any level of understanding. They will not accommodate my request for online or text communication. I was told to "have a friend call for me." I don't understand how they can repeatedly email back and forth about how they can't help me instead of just using that time to try to work out an appointment with me. Extremely disappointed there is no sensitivity regarding mental health here or willingness to even try to accommodate. What if I had a hearing issue? Would they try to help me then? It's a shame because they have great doctors too.

We had a wonderful experience at Krauss Dermatology. The office is extremely clean and modern and the staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time for my appointment was very short and the service was very positive. I was also happy to see they carry my favorite Elta MD products.

I recently had a visit with Michael. He was very caring and professional. He thoroughly listened to my concerns more than once :) and took the appropriate actions to resolve my issue. It was a very comfortable experience for me because of his easy going personality. Lol. Thank you Michael !.Happy New Year!
