My consultation was excellent with Krauss Dermatology for Intense Pulsed Light to improve redness on my face, neck and chest. The procedure, expected results and risks were explained clearly in a professional, comfortable way by the nurse Yvonne who did my consultation. Based on the information, ℹ️ have gone forward with the procedure, which I was able to schedule easily with the office staff. The nurse Chris did my procedure and went over everything first, explained each step along the way, and kept me comfortable. The process has been easy and reasonably priced and based on Chris’ assessment I will return for multiple sessions to get an optimal result.

The ambiance is welcoming and soothing; the staff is affable and and helpful. On the whole traveling to this office and experiencing such well explained and carefully administered treatments is a pleasure. Dr. Norden is, in a word, outstanding!
