I have been twice to this practice and both visits were as pleasant as a visit to the doctor can be. From front desk to nursing staff and physician, my experience was streamlined and focused. As my insurance provider only allows 15min. sessions, efficiency is key. Have had good experience so far. Recommend to others.

Wow! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. This office could write the book on customer service. I did not have to go through some central scheduling maze to get a new patient appointment. The process was easy and navigated by a caring and kind person. This welcoming spirit was evident when I checked in. My wait was less than 5 minutes. Rebecca, the medical assistant was friendly and competent. Julie Dodge was exceptional. Thorough and professional, she explained everything clearly and was able to treat my issues in the same appointment. I highly recommend her. To close, Dr. Stein the practice owner came in to welcome me and thank me. Who does that? I have had a lot of contact with health care professionals and my bar is pretty high. My expectations were exceeded.

Dr. Robin Thompson is a terrific doctor with a great bedside manner. She and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and efficient. We have used her for years. To prove how well we like her, we followed her from a Chapel Hill practice to this one. Highly recommended

Walked into a clean cheerful office, checked in and sat down. Within 2 minutes I was called back for my appointment. Julie Dodge PA iseasy to talk to and explains everything completely. I was worked in because of an emergency and couldn't ask for better service and care. They really go beyond 'normal' patient care to extraordinary.

I have now been going to Regional Dermatology for several years and am there to stay. It's always easy to schedule an appointment (I did my last one via text when I had called outside of business hours), and my check-ups are always fast and right on time, there is never a wait. Dr. Amy Stein is very thorough in monitoring and recording any changes so that I'm confident that I'm in good hands. I've also used Jonathan, their laser provider, to have dark spots removed from my hands, and am very happy with the results.
