Triangle Dermatology Associates

I have been a patient of Dr Janet Tcheung for a long while. They were on the corner of Green & Broad when I started with them. She has always been great in checking me on my yearly exam but this last time I was in there, it was like she was in a hurry to get the appointment over with and out of there. I will not be seeing her again in the future. If she doesn't want to be there, then at a minimum, contact your end of day clients and let them have the option of changing their appointment to another day.

Very thoughtful, kind dermatology care with the latest expertise. This is the best I have ever been treated by a provider of this specialty. All questions thoroughly answered and in an ideal amount of time, preserving dignity and with respect. Great staff and short wait times. So important for this industry. I just can't say enough. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My only concern was the long wait in the examining room after l had emoved my clothes. I became chilled and would have appreciated a light blanket.

Triangle Dermatology provides prompt, friendly care in a clean and comfortable environment. Dr. Heinly and his nurse are very professional. Dr. Heinly clearly explains the issues and medication needed for treatment. He takes time to answer questions and explains choices in medication. Although this was only my second time to see him, I felt Dr. Heinly knew me as a person, and not just another patient. Great visit.
