I have been waiting on a simple quote for over a month now for a procedure. After calling every week for 2 weeks and being told that they had to get with the doctor, I was then informed that I had to schedule a consultation. Scheduled a consultation and paid the deductible and was told I should have a quote in a couple of days. I have called for the past two weeks asking about said quote only to continually be told that they will get with the doctor. It just seems like they don’t want my business and it is extremely frustrating. I will probably engage another surgeon to assist me since this office seems like they can’t even execute a simple request in a timely manner.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Mohan for a recent surgical procedure, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional surgeon. His follow-up care demonstrated his commitment to my health and recovery, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the healing process. His work as a surgeon is reflected in the procedure I initially went to him for. I dealt with certain issues for almost 15 years and after Dr. Mohan performed surgery, I no longer have any symptoms. Not gonna lie as soon as I got injured, I thought that I was going to find a doctor normally and get surgery. I found a doctor at first, and he turned out to not really help me out at all so with that being said I went to here, got assigned to Pradeep Mohan, and from there on out honestly in my full personal opinion, they just kept grabbing money out of my pockets, milking almost everything, especially when it comes to insurance,deductibles,payments and just having a good attitude with me,("nice clothes" for example). I've already been making hospital bill payments even when I still have insurance because they assigned me to go get MRIs,x-rays and Mostly small copayments of $20-50$ then I go get my blood drawn for the last time before surgery happens then I get home and then they give me a call randomly saying that I owe $1800 before they can do my surgery mind you I have already been putting out money towards my finger in general. I do not like that at all I've wasted a whole year, trying to get my finger fixed not just with you guys, but with other doctors as well you guys did not make me feel any better about this I've been trying to get my finger fixed for a whole year, so why do you guys just milk it? Why do you guys just take money out of my pocket Even when I have already been paying money example for a steroid injection, MRIs and x-rays and now you randomly call and charge me 1800 extra dollars With no payment plan 48 hours before my surgery ? Why do you guys make me feel more depressed than I already am? I'm thinking about all these MRIs and x-rays doctor visitations all these upcoming visits all this upcoming stuff , you guys only care about the money not the people you guys are doctors and nurses not tax collectors

Dr. Mohan is an exceptional hand and wrist surgeon and has recently injected PRP to try to extend the usefulness of my right hand and wrist. He and his complete office staff are very efficient and very professional and very careful on preProcedural, procedural, and post procedural operations. I would recommend Veda medical to anyone needing reconstructive hand, wrist, or arm surgery, or any other type of plastic surgery work.
